Shipping policy
At The One Jewellery, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
During busy periods, promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we’ll contact you via email.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping (if selected): 1–4 business days
Please note these delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post carrier delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
The One Jewellery is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@theonejewellery.com.au and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times and delivery are managed by the postal carrier.
While we’ll always do our best to assist, The One Jewellery is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused during transit. If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if you need support.
PRE-ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you purchase a pre-order item, estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available.
